intelligence - it is our moral duty to accumulate knowledge (both lived, and secondhand), acting with good intentions without a good foundation leads to harm.
energy - joie de vivre (a french phrase often used to express a cheerful enjoyment of life, an exultation of spirit, and general happiness.) this usually comes from facing fear and the unknown with good people, with the end goal of creating genuine value for society.
integrity - maximum productivity within a group occurs with the free flow of information. the easiest person to fool, is yourself. when you are honest, the only way to defend yourself is with fundamentals, which scales better in the long term.
